This privacy policy explains how END GAME LABS, a trading name of END GAME IN MIND LIMITED, looks after the personal data you share with us through the STRATUMISE website and any early-access enquiries you send. We are the data controller for this information, and we have written this in plain language so you can see exactly what we do and why.

What we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Early-access enquiry data you provide through our form, such as your name, work email, organisation, role, the geo-data challenge you describe and your timescale.
- Analytics data gathered through cookies and similar technologies when you accept them. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.
- Technical data such as your IP address, device type and browser, collected through our analytics providers and our security checks.
- Security data, such as the result of the anti-spam challenge we run on our form through Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us keep automated submissions out.
Lawful bases for processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
- Consent, for setting analytics cookies and similar technologies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests, for responding to your early-access enquiries and running our early-access programme, where this does not override your rights and freedoms.
- Compliance with a legal obligation, where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.
How we use your data
We use the personal data we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and contact you about early access.
- Manage and improve the early-access programme.
- Understand how the site is used so we can measure and improve it.
We do not run advertising and we do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Sharing and processors
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate contracts:
- Google, for Google Analytics 4 website measurement.
- Microsoft, for Clarity website analytics.
- Cloudflare, for the anti-spam check on our enquiry form.
We use these enquiries internally to get in touch and to run the early-access programme. We will tell you here before introducing any new provider, such as a customer relationship management tool, that handles your enquiry on our behalf.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we make sure the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, or transfers to countries the UK government has confirmed offer adequate protection.
Retention
We keep early-access enquiry data for as long as the early-access programme is running, and for up to twelve months after it closes, after which we delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to remove your details sooner, we are happy to do that. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's own settings and policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@endgame.work.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
